My ultimate goal was to become my best personal self. But the one thing that was holding me back was my dental health. And my professional, academic, and personal experiences opened doors of opportunity for me to be a public speaker. And the one thing that held me back from being the best speaker was my dental health and my smile. I grew up in Samoa where the dental practice was very rudimentary. Every time I would go in to pay fifty cents to get my dental work done, it was like, “yeah, you have a small cavity, pull out your tooth.
To me, going to the dentist was synonymous with losing a tooth. And so, I just was scared and I didn’t want to go. Over the past recent years, because I’ve been wanting to really move forward with my public speaking career, I felt like, I need to go. It was time to deal with this. And then, a friend of mine found Dr. Jordan. I thought it was going to be the same story. You know, I had a bone loss but no solution. But for the first time, I didn’t get that. The response was, “Yeah, there was a problem. But guess what, I could help you.
And the one thing that held me back from being the best speaker was my dental health and my smile.

Ruby came to us with a concern about her smile. One, there is some missing teeth. Two, there’s been some bone loss and things like that that have affected her and her teeth.
